DEVELOPMENT
CREW PROGRAM
Our development crews require no audition process to be apart of and are suited for beginner to intermediate dancers! Our main focus is building strong relationships between team members and their teacher/coach, team work skills, building confidence, respect, resilience and discipline. All of this ultimately building the foundation of what Bloodline is all about - all heart! Two days a week commitment is required to be apart of our crew program.
Our performance crews work towards one performance or project opportunity each term so that they look forward to something every term and gain experience and confidence in performing.
We see a lot of growth and results in giving dancers the challenge of coming out of their comfort zone to perform, especially with a team who are all working towards the same thing!
This also gives families the opportunity to support and see their work each term! Our dancers also perform at our annual end of year show each year which is held at a theatre with a full lighting and stage production.
Previous community performances: Samoan Independence Day, Barrio Fiesta, BrisAsia Festival , QLD Reds Pre-game and Half-time Entertainment, Korean Festival, Bayanihan Festival, PNG Independence Day, Philippines-Australia Autumn Festival, Burpees for BYS and more.
